1. Strict Policy
We follow a strict policy for all products sold on our Website:

Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.

Any other personal preference reason
Customers are advised to review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage details carefully before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy (Only Exception)
Refunds will be provided only in the following case:
✅ Duplicate Transaction
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue or payment gateway error:
The transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be refunded
Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method only
Processing time: 7–10 business days
No other refund requests will be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

4. Food Product Disclaimer
As we deal in spice and food-related products:
Returns are not accepted once products are dispatched for hygiene and safety reasons
Customers should check product details and ingredient information before ordering
Proper storage and usage are the responsibility of the customer

5. Limitation of Liability
SNAPPIFY TRADERS shall not be liable for:
Incorrect product selection
Personal taste dissatisfaction
Courier delays
Improper storage after delivery
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Policy (Must Read):

Wrong Product Received & Unboxing Policy

In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, the following conditions apply:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a wrong product delivery, a clear and unedited unboxing video is strictly required.

Video Requirements: The video must clearly show the shipping label (with Order ID), the sealed condition of the package, and the continuous process of opening the parcel and inspecting the product.

No Video, No Claim: In the absence of a valid unboxing video, SNAPPIFY TRADERS will not entertain any requests for investigation, exchange, or refund regarding the "Wrong Product" received.

Reporting Time: Any such discrepancy must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with the video proof.
